SuperMD is a mobile application developed to help encourage adherence to therapies in patients identified and treated for long term-conditions, (chronic disease).
Utilizing a network of software and mobile applications, SuperMD empowers patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers;
The main reason is due to battery saving settings and cleaning apps like Clean Master, 360 Security, CM security, Fast Booster, and other similar apps. While cleaning your device, these apps interfere with or terminate SuperMD’s reminders and may put your health at risk. You can read about tips for specific devices
The personal information you provide to us through your use of the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy, and a complete statement of our current privacy policy can be found on our website. We may update our policies and practices from time to time at our sole discretion.

We prioritize our users' health, safety, and security. To ensure you receive reminders and notifications on time, even when your device is offline, only one device may be used at the same time.
This role is usually taken on by the person responsible for a patient's healthcare needs, such as an adult son, daughter or spouse, who organises doctor’s visits, health screenings, etc. The Primary Caregiver sets therapies for the patient, and receives notifications as and when the patient acknowledges or fails to acknowledge the therapies at the pre-set times. The Primary Caregiver may appoint and assign his role to an Alternate Caregiver.
This role is appointed by the Primary Caregiver or self-initiated patient (temporarily or as a substitute) when the Primary Caregiver is unavailable and wants to ensure someone is monitoring the patient during his unavailability. The Alternate Caregiver by default is not able to edit the therapy settings, but will receive notifications and may acknowledge notifications similar to those for the Primary Caregiver.
Patients are classified into 2 categories;
- “Patient” (invited by a caregiver), and,
- “Independent Patient”
Patient (Invited by Caregiver): The Patient is invited by the Primary Caregiver. The Patient has no Administrative Rights and therefore cannot edit any of the settings. The Patient, however, owns all his medical information, and should he/she withdraw from SuperMD, all his/her therapy history will be emailed to the Patient, and the account removed.
“Patient” (Independent/Self initiated patients): The Independent Patient sets up his own SuperMD account and has full administrative rights over all his/her therapy settings, reminders and notifications. The Independent Patient may appoint a Caregiver who, upon acceptance, will receive notifications based on caregiver notification settings set by the Independent Patient. The Appointed Caregiver will not be able to edit any of the settings unless assigned “administrator rights” by the Patient. The Independent Patient may invite/appoint an alternate caregiver to relieve the Appointed Caregiver.
You may decline the invitation. You may also decide to set up your own account and invite your caregiver of choice.
You may terminate your account at any time. If you are a caregiver, your patient will be informed and all administrative rights are automatically transferred to the patient. If you are a patient, your caregiver will be notified and he/she shall no longer have access to your account.
