Responding Patient
The patient simply needs to download SuperMD, select “patient”, and login with his or her phone number, and “accept” terms of use.
All the patient’s therapies will automatically appear on his SuperMD page and he simply needs to respond and acknowledge therapies when notified.
For your convenience, SuperMD has paired many devices to make inputting measurements easier. In the dropdown menu. If you do not own any of the paired devices listed, simply select “manual” in the drop-down menu.
Independent Patient
Once you’ve installed SuperMD, select “patient”.
Fill in your profile, then proceed to set therapies.
In the menu at the top right of the screen, select “set medication”.
Proceed to set medications, dosages, time for intake, confirm reminders and update inventory settings. You may set refill reminders for each medication.
Click “save”.
If you are required to take measurements such as blood pressure, glucose, weight, temperature, INR or blood oxygen, click on the therapies menu button and select “Set Measurement”.
Select the measurement required, set the time for measurements to be taken and confirm reminder settings. You may add multiple measurements.
Daily targets for steps or other activities may also be set here.
Click “save”.
You may wish to appoint a member of your family or a buddy to keep a look-out for you, and help ensure you follow your daily therapies. Simply click “invite caregiver” at the top right of your patient dashboard, choose from contacts or simply input his or her name, mobile phone number and email address. Your caregiver will receive a message to install SuperMD. Please ensure your caregiver has been informed as he will be required to accept your invitation.
